From 1st September 2025, Eli Lilly will increase the UK list price of Mounjaro by around 170%. Exact figures will be shared once confirmed.
North Camp Pharmacy will continue working to keep prices fair and ensure treatment access. We also offer Wegovy as an alternative — switching requires restarting at the lowest dose after a short break.
Due to high demand and a temporary supply cap from Eli Lilly, stock is limited for the next two weeks. Please avoid panic buying.

We want to let you know about an upcoming change that will affect all Mounjaro users in the UK.
Price Change
From 1st September 2025, the manufacturer of Mounjaro, Eli Lilly, will be increasing the UK list price by around 170%. Exact figures have not yet been confirmed, but we will share them with you as soon as they are available.
Our Commitment to You
We understand this news may be worrying. North Camp Pharmacy has always aimed to keep our prices competitive across all doses, and we will continue doing everything possible to keep them fair while ensuring uninterrupted access to your treatment.
Alternative Options
If you are considering a switch, we also offer Wegovy. Changing to this medication would require starting again at the lowest dose and taking a short break between treatments. Our prescriber, Rupi, is available to discuss whether this could be a suitable choice for you.
Stock Availability
We have seen a significant increase in orders as patients prepare for the upcoming change. Please note that Eli Lilly has temporarily capped our Mounjaro supply for the next two weeks. Once our current stock is sold, we will be unable to restock until the cap is lifted.
For this reason, we kindly advise against panic buying.
