- Choose North Camp Pharmacy as the recipient of your electronic prescription.
- Upon prescription readiness, you'll receive a secure collection pin via text.
- Input the pin into the machine, follow the on-screen instructions and witness the machine swiftly retrieve your prescription.
Can I still visit the pharmacy during opening hours if I use the collection point?
Absolutely, we welcome your visits, especially if you need some advice or other services. Reducing queues allows our team to dedicate more time to face-to-face personalised care.
Are there restrictions on items collectible from the point?
Yes, certain items like controlled drugs, large bulky items, and fridge items cannot be collected due to regulatory and clinical reasons.
Is there a fee for this service?

Is the collection point secure?

Can I use the collection point if I pay for prescriptions?

How do I sign the prescription if I'm exempt from charges?
For most exemption reasons we can keep a record of your exemption evidence and sign on your behalf. There are some exclusions to this and you will be asked to declare your exemption on screen when collecting.
Is this automation going to cost people their jobs?

How much time do I have to collect medicines once I receive the pin number?
To manage our capacity we set a three day collection window, after which uncollected items will be removed and must be collected within normal store opening times.
